The Armory. OTEP reconstruction of Ozmanthus’s Workshop. A comprehensive catalog of significant named weapons, armor, and sacred instruments recorded across Iteration 110.
Overview
The sacred arts produce two categories of power: the practitioner, and the practitioner’s tools. This collection documents the second. From scripted constructs sold in Lesser Treasure Halls to divine treasures that reshape the balance between nations, the weapons of Cradle tell the story of its people as clearly as any biography.
The classification system presented here is the Omnicodex’s own, organized by the tier of power each instrument represents. Sacred Instruments are tools within reach of Gold-realm practitioners. Lord-Class Armaments require
The name “Ozmanthus’s Workshop” is not arbitrary. Ozmanthus Arelius, the greatest Soulsmith the records document, manifested the Death Icon by killing and reviving himself, then spent centuries in labyrinth workshops crafting weapons of increasing sophistication. His prototype arrowheads, his experimental scythes, and ultimately his Scythe reshaped the balance of power across all Iterations. The Omnicodex contains the Arelius library records, and through them, the echo of that workshop. The result, I believe, is worth the expenditure. [RP Ch.2, Ch.9, Ch.10]
Weapon Lineage Chains
Four weapons evolved across the series through destruction, reforging, and Soulsmith craft. Each step in the chain unlocks independently as the reader’s Authority increases.
Yerin’s Blades
WEAPON LINEAGE // OTEP RECONSTRUCTION
Chain: Yerin’s Blades
[1] Sword Sage’s Blade – Wintersteel-plated, Path of the Endless Sword. Carried by Timaias Adama into Sacred Valley. Could hide from lesser artists’ perception. Broken. [WS Prologue, GW Ch.1]
[2] Netherclaw – Black Archlord sword, blood and sword madra. Named for a mythological Netherworld beast. Previous owner was a slaughter artist stopped by the Sage of Red Faith. Forger binding produces a scarlet clawed hand larger than a person. Selected for Ruby on Charity’s recommendation. [WS Ch.21]
[3] Phoenix Blade – Netherclaw fused with the Sword Sage’s broken blade and the Bleeding Phoenix’s core binding, forged in the Soulforge. White wintersteel core with an edge of bright bloody crimson streaming endless scarlet light. Guard shaped as swept-back phoenix wings. The records note that the Creation Icon manifested during its forging. [WB Ch.33]
Lindon’s Arsenal
WEAPON LINEAGE // OTEP RECONSTRUCTION
Chain: Lindon’s Arsenal
[1] Remnant Arm – Prosthetic crafted by Fisher Gesha from a Path of Shifting Skies Remnant arm, fused with hunger madra shards from the Ancestor’s Spear. Pure white, skeletal, six-fingered. Madra-absorption binding responds to the wielder’s ambition. [SK Ch.7, Ch.12]
[2] Midnight – Cursed spear forged in the Soulforge from Reigan Shen’s broken death trident, a Tomb Hydra binding, and a Bleeding Phoenix birth-bone ring as fuel. Dark shaft with green tint, death-green chrome blade trailing spectral sparks. Named by Dross and Mercy. [RP Ch.18]
[3] Wavedancer Reborn – The original Archlord sword reforged with the Weeping Dragon’s core binding (a golden jewel originally the size of a house). Blade of gold and white like a thunderbolt’s surface, wreathed in a corona of blue sparks. Can Forge four copies to each side. [WB Ch.24]
[4] Dreadgod Armor Set – Four pieces worn simultaneously: Shell of the Wandering Titan (black shield, solid as a mountain range), Cloak of the Bleeding Phoenix (liquid blood boiling from shoulders, swallows attacks), Scales of the Weeping Dragon (blue sapphire mail, no helmet), and Crown of the Silent King (white halo amplifying Dross). The full set represents one being wearing the corpses of four Dreadgods. Available records offer no precedent. [WB Ch.34]
Mercy’s Bow
WEAPON LINEAGE // OTEP RECONSTRUCTION
Chain: Mercy’s Bow
[1] Eclipse (Suu) – Forged book of violet madra; dual-form weapon (staff default, bow form). Crafted by Malice from a shadow dragon Sage’s Remnant. Seven pages, each holding a technique from a different shadow Path. Black string and crescent bow form; dragon-head eyes blaze violet when firing Forged arrow volleys. [GW Ch.13, UC Ch.6, WS Ch.15]
[2] Destroyed. Eclipse fired its final arrow in battle. [WB Ch.27]
[3] Bow of the Silent King – Soulsmithed from the Silent King’s hide, bones, tendons, and core binding. Dream-aspect weapon that Forges illusory arrow volleys (ten thousand copies seeking targets through dreams and perception). Custom-designed for Mercy’s combat style. [WB Ch.3]
Ozriel’s Legacy
WEAPON LINEAGE // OTEP RECONSTRUCTION
Chain: Ozriel’s Legacy
[1] Penance – Silver-edged black arrowhead created by Ozriel. Kills one being without error, leaving no Remnant and no spiritual trace. “Penance for its target and act of penance by its creator.” Cannot be held on Cradle without disrupting the balance. [UC Ch.20]
[2] Experimental Scythes (12) – Makiel’s reproductions of Ozriel’s Scythe, stored in Haven (Iteration 002). Stolen by Iri the Angler and later combined. [UC Ch.1]
[3] The Scythe – Forged from six legendary weapons in the depths of the Void, powered by a stolen Worldseed. Made Ozriel the avatar of Destruction, the eighth aspect of reality. The capstone section below provides the full reconstruction. [RP Ch.9]
Display Wing: Sacred Instruments
Tier 1. Tools within reach of Gold-realm practitioners. The foundation of every sacred artist’s arsenal, and the beginning of every legend.
Designation: Flying Sword
Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Gold-Class Construct
Origin: Heaven’s Glory School,
A scripted construct rather than a Remnant-based weapon. Requires Iron-quality madra to activate. The blade levitates and strikes with real sword force when powered, controlled through the wind aura script system. Short enough to wield one-handed. The Omnicodex includes it as a representative example of Sacred Valley’s highest craftsmanship, which is to say, the Gold realm’s baseline. [US Ch.14]
Designation: Ancestor’s Spear
Classification: Weapon (Spear) | Ancient Hunger Construct
Origin: Unknown; predates recorded Jai clan history [SS Ch.5]
Materials: Smooth white surface with protective scripts; spearhead flat section resistant to fire; approximately seven feet
Binding: Hunger madra (dreadbeast-origin spiraling drill of bright white material)
Wielder:
The Jai clan’s most significant heirloom. The hunger binding devours and processes madra with no apparent upper limit on growth. It cuts spirit as well as flesh, drains madra on impact, blocks Iron body healing in wounds, and prevents a target’s Remnant from rising if struck with a killing blow. The original wielder “devoured spirits, grew so strong she could slay entire armies, ruled the Desolate Wilds for two centuries, entered the Ruins on the day of her death.” White hunger madra shards from this spear’s binding were later extracted and fused into
Designation: Lindon’s Remnant Arm
Classification: Weapon (Prosthetic) | Hunger Construct
Origin: Crafted by Fisher Gesha; Shifting Skies Remnant base plus Ancestor’s Spear hunger shards [SK Ch.7]
Materials: Pure white skeletal form; six fingers with extra joint each; pale strand-like veins
Binding: Hunger madra (Ancestor’s Spear derivative); madra-absorption vortex
Wielder:
Fisher Gesha fed the Shifting Skies arm pure madra for approximately two years before integration. The hunger binding responds to the wielder’s ambition, activating a vortex of white light that pulls madra from the surroundings. The arm acts semi-independently and requires constant pure madra feeding (more than Enforcing the entire rest of the body combined). Lindon activated the binding within days of implantation against recommended acclimatization of four to six weeks. [SK Ch.7, Ch.12, Ch.16]
Designation: Resonance Cannon
Classification: Weapon (Launcher Construct) | Compound Sacred Instrument
Origin: Invented by Fisher Gesha; refined by
The original prototype was impractical: loud, heavy strain, three shots maximum. Fisher Gesha’s concept used six bindings at once to produce a beam “thick as a barrel and bright as the sun.” Refinement by Eithan and Dross solved the resonance instability. The prototype killed an Underlord. [BF Ch.1, SK Ch.4, UL Ch.18]
Designation: Starkeeper’s Lance
Classification: Weapon (Launcher Construct) | Archlord-Class
Origin: Crafted by
One of Lindon’s three personal launcher constructs (alongside Web of Silence and Swamp Fire). The beam fires compressed sword and lightning madra in a needle-sharp point. Archlord-level output. The records document its deployment but not its full construction specifications. [RP Ch.15]
Designation: The Fleshripper
Classification: Weapon (Guardian Construct) | Underlord-Class
Origin: Crafted by
One of sixteen Underlord-level countermeasure constructs Lindon built as a family safety net. The Fleshripper operates with Dross-recorded activation sequences and prioritizes non-lethal engagement. A chrome skeleton that manages to look threatening despite its relatively modest power ceiling. [DG Ch.16]
Display Wing: Lord-Class Armaments
Tier 2. Weapons that require
Weapons
Designation: Eithan’s Scissors
Classification: Weapon (Scissors/Dagger) | Lord-Class (Archlord by Uncrowned)
Origin: Mundane scissors enhanced through pure madra and soulfire [BF Ch.20]
Materials: Black scissors (originally mundane); later Archlord-grade with shape-changing ability
Binding: None inherent; power derives entirely from wielder’s pure madra Enforcement
Wielder:
The records confirm that these are, in fact, scissors. Ordinary black scissors with no inherent binding, elevated to Lord-class performance through pure madra Enforcement and soulfire application. Pure madra dissolves Forged techniques on contact and is “second to none for attacking and defending the spirit.” At Archlord level, the scissors respond exceptionally well to Enforcement and demonstrate shape-changing ability. The weapon’s significance lies entirely in its wielder, which is, the records suggest, precisely the point. [BF Ch.20, UC Ch.16, WS Ch.26]
Designation: Harmony’s Axe
Classification: Weapon (Axe) | Underlord-Class
Origin: Akura clan armory [GW Ch.17]
Materials: Shaft as long as Harmony is tall, appears made from one long bone; broad curved head with red light gleam
Binding: Blood and destruction madra (Underlord-level); wave of red spectral hands with wailing flood effect
Wielder: Akura Harmony (original);
Lindon used this weapon to shatter Harmony’s own armor. The blood-and-destruction binding at Underlord level creates a wave of red spectral hands. The axe’s Underlord-level binding was inactive while Harmony wore it at Truegold. [GW Ch.17, UL Ch.19]
Designation: Wavedancer
Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Archlord-Class
Origin: Ninecloud Court vaults [UC Ch.15]
Materials: Double-edged blue blade with green hilt; water and wind madra
Binding: None (“never had a binding”); represents “swiftness and power of an ocean storm”
Wielder:
Archlord-grade weapon from the Ninecloud Court’s collection, awarded as a tournament prize. Chosen by Fury’s recommendation as the base for later reforging. A sword that represented the ocean’s fury without needing a binding to do it. [UC Ch.15, WB Ch.24]
Designation: Emperor’s Blackflame Sword Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Overlord-Class Origin: Blackflame Empire imperial armory [UL Ch.16] Materials: Long straight blade; dense black with red flame layers Binding: Overlord-level (Blackflame aspect) Wielder: Emperor Naru Huan (stored in soulspace) Status: Active Confidence: 85%
Ceremonial and functional. The Blackflame Emperor’s personal weapon, stored in soulspace as befits a Lord-realm practitioner. The dense black blade with layered red flame represents both imperial authority and the destructive legacy of the Blackflame Path. [UL Ch.16]
Designation: Meira’s Scythe Classification: Weapon (Scythe) | Lord-Class Origin: Seishen Kingdom [WS Ch.9] Materials: Tall scythe; blade of green flame (life aura) Binding: Life madra (green spiritual flame) Wielder: Meira (Seishen Kingdom) Status: Active Confidence: 85%
A life artist’s weapon that glows green with spiritual flame. Meira carried it through battles and tended her garden with equal attention. After Kiro’s death, she laid down the scythe’s purpose if not the scythe itself. [WS Ch.9, Ch.19]
Designation: Staff of Condemnation Classification: Weapon (Staff) | Overlord-Class Origin: Abyssal Palace (assigned with high priest position) [WS Ch.12] Materials: Overlord-level sacred instrument Binding: Adds great weight to attacks, making them harder to defend Wielder: Maraan (Abyssal Palace high priest) Status: Destroyed (snapped by Lindon’s armored punch) [WS Ch.12] Confidence: 90%
Assigned with the high priest position in the Abyssal Palace hierarchy. Wielded by Maraan for nearly a century. Lindon’s prototype armor punch snapped it, demonstrating that Overlord-level weapons have limits when facing sufficient force. [WS Ch.12]
Designation: Quickriver Classification: Weapon (Sword/Whip) | Archlord-Class Origin: Gold dragon heritage [WS Ch.15] Materials: Liquid steel that shifts between whip and saber forms; glows orange Binding: Archlord-level; channels fire aura flow Wielder: Sophara (gold dragon) Status: Active Confidence: 85%
Fluidly shape-shifting metal containing an Archlord binding. Quickriver shifts between whip and broadsword forms at the wielder’s will, channeling fire aura through orange-glowing liquid steel. A versatile weapon used by Sophara as a last resort against Mercy in the tournament semifinals. [WS Ch.15]
Designation: Netherclaw Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Archlord-Class Origin: Unknown previous owner (slaughter artist stopped by Sage of Red Faith) [WS Ch.21] Materials: Black Archlord sword; blood and sword madra Binding: Advanced Forger technique; scarlet madra Forges into a clawed hand bigger than a person, sweeping down with Archlord power Wielder: Ruby (selected on Charity’s recommendation) Status: Reforged (see Lineage Chain: Yerin’s Blades) Confidence: 95%
Named for a mythological Netherworld beast. The three-clawed red hand Forged overhead by the binding strikes with tremendous force. Charity recommended this weapon specifically for Ruby’s blood-and-sword style. Its Herald-form grew faster and more solid as Ruby advanced. [WS Ch.21]
Divine Treasures
Designation: Moon’s Eye
Classification: Divine Treasure (Visual Enhancement) | Archlord-Class
Origin: Tournament prize [WS Ch.4]
Materials: Violet lens overlaying left eye; multi-layered transparent Remnant construction
Binding: Archlord-level visual enhancement; sees techniques forming within opponent’s spirit in real-time
Wielder:
Implants over the left eye and provides spiritual sight of enemy technique formation as it happens. A significant combat advantage that turns prediction into observation. [WS Ch.4]
Designation: Broken Crown Classification: Divine Treasure (Soul Construct) | Monarch-Crafted Origin: Uncrowned King Tournament; implanted in the soul by a Monarch [WS Ch.6] Materials: Loop around soul core manifesting as a ring/crown over the head; colored by the implanting Monarch’s madra; wintersteel-worked Binding: None (confers no power) Wielder: Uncrowned King champions Status: Active Confidence: 95%
Eternal proof of status, nothing more. Cannot be faked or removed except from a Remnant. A white ring that unfolds to a crown, worked only by willpower. The records note that it confers no power whatsoever. In the sacred arts, where every object carries potential energy, an artifact that carries only meaning is a rare and deliberate creation. [WS Ch.6, Ch.27]
Designation: Diamond Veins Classification: Divine Treasure (Channel Enhancement) | Archlord-Class Origin: Ninecloud Court (tournament bounty prize, 2000 points) [WS Ch.12] Materials: Blue-white crystal Binding: Permanent channel reinforcement; makes madra channels pure and resilient as diamond Wielder: Lindon’s team (tournament bounty) Status: Active Confidence: 90%
Strengthens madra channels with an effect comparable to a Sylvan Riverseed’s touch combined with divine healing. Allows larger techniques without channel strain. The elixir variant dissolves with madra and is consumed over three days. [WS Ch.12, UC Ch.18]
Designation: Iron Heart
Classification: Divine Treasure (Spirit Enhancement) | Lord-Class
Origin: House Arelius tournament prize [UC Ch.18]
Materials: Dark gray metallic heart; crafted from one hundred Lord-level Remnant cores and blood essences
Binding: Hundredfold madra healing efficiency; tenfold regeneration speed; lifeline strengthening
Wielder:
Integrates with the Bloodforged Iron body as glittering ruby-sand motes. One hundred Remnant cores condensed into a single heart that multiplied Lindon’s already formidable healing by a factor of one hundred. The records confirm this dramatically changed the scope of damage he could sustain and recover from in combat. [UC Ch.18]
Designation: Ancient Scale Classification: Divine Treasure (Spirit Protection) | Lord-Class Origin: Dragon King (gifted to Yan Shoumei) [WS Ch.20] Materials: Divine Treasure with spiritual protection layer Binding: Adds spiritual defense atop existing Iron body Wielder: Yan Shoumei (Redmoon Hall) Status: Active Confidence: 85%
Granted by the Dragon King to Yan Shoumei. Pairs with her Silverscale Iron body for comprehensive spiritual protection, reducing spiritual damage intake. A defensive artifact from a Monarch who understood that his chosen champions would face enemies willing to target the soul directly. [WS Ch.20]
Armor
Designation: Akura Bloodline Armor Classification: Armor (Full Suit) | Monarch-Crafted Origin: Akura clan armory [UC Ch.6] Materials: Amethyst crystalline plates; full suit with helmet; black halo visible; components shift dynamically (gauntlets dissolve to form boots) Binding: Feeds on user’s madra; absorbs combined techniques; eyes flood purple when active Wielder: Akura clan descendants (restricted access) Status: Active (clan armory) Confidence: 90%
Not meant for practitioners below Underlord, and not all descendants can use it. When activated, the wearer’s eyes flood purple and the spirit strains under constant pressure. The armor’s adaptive components shift between configurations. [UC Ch.6, WS Ch.4]
Designation: Lindon’s Prototype Armor
Classification: Armor (Experimental) | Lord-Class
Origin: Assembled by
Six bindings resonating simultaneously for temporarily invincible protection. The concept worked. The execution did not: too fragile (the madra layers could not handle the resonance), too bulky spiritually, drained madra dry, and incompatible with the Hollow Domain. Lindon abandoned the prototype in favor of seeking a single unified technique. The iteration-based design philosophy, however, would serve him well. [WS Ch.12]
Designation: Imperial Aegis Classification: Armor (Shield) | Archlord-Class Origin: Gold dragon heritage [WS Ch.15] Materials: Golden disc shield; bigger than a person’s head; scripted edges Binding: Scripted madra dispersal; incoming madra dissipates on contact Wielder: Sophara (gold dragon) Status: Active Confidence: 85%
A defense-focused sacred instrument with scripted edges that dissipate incoming madra on contact. Tournament-scaled version of a full-power design. [WS Ch.15]
Display Wing: Monarch-Class Armaments
Tier 3. Weapons that carry authority beyond their physical composition. Crafted by Monarchs, shaped in the Soulforge, or accumulated significance across centuries. The line between a powerful construct and a Monarch-Class weapon is a matter of weight: these instruments press against reality.
Designation: Eclipse (Suu), the Book of Eternal Night
Classification: Weapon (Staff/Bow) | Monarch-Crafted
Origin: Crafted by Akura Malice from a shadow dragon Sage’s Remnant [GW Ch.13]
Materials: Forged book of violet madra; cover displays most intricate script-circle ever documented, turning like wheels within wheels; black flexible tendons with violet-eyed dragon head at center
Binding: Seven pages, each holding a technique from a different shadow Path; Archlord Forger binding (200 violet arrows, dragon-head eyes blaze violet, arrows seek targets via the Sage’s Remnant’s will)
Wielder:
Malice crafted Suu for her successor and sealed it with restrictions. Seven pages containing seven shadow techniques from seven Paths, housed in a Forged book with the most complex script work the records document. In bow form, the dragon-head at center blazed violet and the string of black tendons bent to a crescent. [GW Ch.13, UC Ch.6, WS Ch.15, WB Ch.27]
Designation: Embrace of the Titan Classification: Technique/Construct (Full-Body Enforcer) | Monarch-Derived Origin: Abyssal Palace (Wandering Titan cult) [WS Ch.12] Materials: Yellow image of the Wandering Titan solidifies around the user; soulfire-fueled Binding: Dreadbeast-influenced Enforcer technique granting Herald-equivalent solidity Wielder: Abyssal Palace cultists (Brother Aekin, high priests) Status: Active (technique tradition) Confidence: 85%
Not a physical artifact but a technique that functions as armor. The Wandering Titan’s image solidifies around the user and the “will of the Dreadgod itself lent its strength.” The Omnicodex classifies it here because the distinction between wearing armor and wearing a Dreadgod’s authority is, at this tier, largely academic. [WS Ch.12]
Designation: Eight-Man Empire Armor Classification: Armor (Divine Treasure Collection) | Monarch-Class Origin: Suspected Abidan intervention in founding [WS Ch.13] Materials: Eight golden armor Divine Treasures linked via mind and spirit bonding Binding: Path of the Eightfold Spear (not an actual Path; Divine Treasure-bonded collective linking four Heralds and four Sages) Wielder: Eight-Man Empire (maintained across generations) Status: Active (irreplaceable components) Confidence: 90%
Eight golden armor suits that can be passed down and repaired but never replaced. Four Heralds and four Sages link through them to spread Monarch power across eight individuals, lessening the burden that destroys those who attempt the Sage-plus-Herald fusion alone. A unique solution to the Monarch problem, and the only known method of achieving that tier of power without a single practitioner bearing the full weight. [WS Ch.13]
Designation: Heart’s Gem Classification: Divine Treasure (Blood Aura Source) | Monarch-Class Origin: Condensed from a Redmoon Herald’s blood [WS Ch.18] Materials: Glass cylinder containing a single drop of blood; billows blood aura for fuel Binding: Ultimate blood aura source (parallel to Heaven’s Torch for fire, Titan’s Bone for earth) Wielder: Sage of Red Faith / Reigan Shen Status: Active Confidence: 90%
The highest-grade natural treasure for blood aura. A single drop of Herald blood condensed into a glass cylinder, generating fuel for blood artists at a scale no other source can match. [WS Ch.18]
Designation: Blade of Falling Ash Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Monarch-Crafted (Soulforged) Origin: Forged in the Soulforge by Reigan Shen [RP Ch.6] Materials: Golden sunlight blade; fire, light, and destruction madra Binding: Monarch-level destructive output; capable of capturing Dreadgod Cores Wielder: Reigan Shen Status: Destroyed (broke in labyrinth during Storm Core chamber assault) [RP Ch.6] Confidence: 90%
One of few weapons capable of capturing Dreadgod Cores. Soulforged with fire, light, and destruction madra into a blade of golden sunlight. The labyrinth destroyed it, which is a notable achievement for a location. [RP Ch.6]
Designation: Nightstone Spear Formation Classification: Weapon (Formation/Spear Array) | Monarch-Class Origin: Iceflower continent method [RP Ch.7] Materials: Nine flying tridents glowing with green death-madra flame Binding: Death madra; formation-based flight and autonomous targeting Wielder: Reigan Shen Status: Active Confidence: 85%
Nine tridents burning with death madra, deployed as a coordinated formation. The Iceflower method of weapon construction allows each trident to operate semi-autonomously while maintaining formation integrity. [RP Ch.7]
Designation: Soulsmith Hammers (Ancient) Classification: Tool (Soulsmithing) | Lord-Class (Lost Tradition) Origin: Ancient Soulsmith tradition; recovered from the labyrinth [RP Ch.10] Materials: Sacred instruments specialized per purpose (weapons, dream tablets, armor) Binding: Injects willpower into objects, shaping function beyond bindings and scripts Wielder: Lord-level Soulsmiths only Status: Tradition lost; three broken examples recovered from the labyrinth (later fused into Genesis) Confidence: 90%
Tools from a Soulsmithing tradition believed extinct. Each hammer was specialized for a category of creation, and only useful to Lord-level practitioners. The labyrinth yielded examples of the original craft after millennia of silence. Three broken hammers became the components for something new. [RP Ch.10]
Designation: Midnight, Cursed Spear of the Destroyer
Classification: Weapon (Spear) | Monarch-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Soulforge; Reigan Shen’s broken death trident plus Tomb Hydra binding plus Bleeding Phoenix birth-bone ring [RP Ch.18]
Materials: Dark shaft with green tint; death-green chrome blade; spectral green sparks
Binding: Death madra (Tomb Hydra)
Wielder:
Named by Dross (“Midnight”) and Mercy (“of the Destroyer”). Forged in the Soulforge from Reigan Shen’s broken trident with a Tomb Hydra’s death binding as its heart and a Bleeding Phoenix birth-bone ring as fuel. The death-green chrome blade trails spectral sparks like the memory of things that will not rise again. [RP Ch.18]
Designation: Genesis
Classification: Tool (Soulsmith Hammer) | Monarch-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Soulforge; three broken labyrinth hammers fused with pure madra and Blackflame madra [RP Ch.18]
Materials: Double-headed hammer; one side red (Blackflame’s destructive hunger), one side blue (pure madra’s soothing patience)
Binding: Willpower-to-create; dual-aspect creation and harmony
Wielder:
Both sides share a single will: to create. The first new Soulsmith hammer forged since the tradition was lost. One side carries the impression of Blackflame’s destructive hunger, the other the soothing patience of pure madra. Every subsequent weapon Lindon forged in the series passed through Genesis first. [RP Ch.18, DG Ch.3, WB Ch.33]
Designation: Sovereign Drum Classification: Divine Treasure (Force Aura) | Monarch-Class Origin: Pre-Dread War construction [WB Ch.1] Materials: Head-sized bronze ball; ultimate force aura treasure Binding: Force aspect (concentrated vital aura) Wielder: Lindon’s team (Ghostwind Hall storage) Status: Active (stored in Soulforge sub-space) Confidence: 90%
A pre-Dread War artifact. An accidental strike could blow apart an island. The records classify it alongside Heaven’s Torch (fire) and Void Matter (destruction) as an ultimate aura source for its aspect. [WB Ch.1]
Designation: Blighted Sky Classification: Weapon (Spear) | Monarch-Class Origin: Crafted by two Sages of Steel Dragon’s Mountain from a Monarch’s soul and the rarest materials [WB Ch.8] Materials: Weathered sandstone with molten steel edges; Striker binding with scripted spell rain (smoldering orange spikes) Binding: Striker binding; landscape-altering destructive output Wielder: Historical (responsible for creating a desert on the Iceflower continent) Status: Historical artifact Confidence: 85%
A weapon forged from a Monarch’s soul. The desert it created on the Iceflower continent still exists. Available records suggest that weapons of this caliber were more common before the Dread War reshaped the balance of power on Cradle. [WB Ch.8]
Display Wing: Dreadgod Armaments
Tier 4. Weapons forged from the corpses of Dreadgods. Four creatures that shook the earth for millennia, reduced to raw materials and reshaped by Genesis. The Omnicodex presents them together because they were forged together: an arsenal assembled in weeks from threats that had endured for centuries.
Designation: Bow of the Silent King
Classification: Weapon (Bow) | Dreadgod-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Soulforged from the Silent King’s hide, bones, tendons, and core binding [WB Ch.3]
Materials: Silent King biological components plus core binding
Binding: Dream aspect (illusion generation); Forges illusory arrow volleys of ten thousand copies seeking targets through dreams and perception
Wielder:
Custom-designed for Mercy’s combat style. Ten thousand illusory arrows, each one seeking its target through the medium of dreams and perception rather than physical trajectory. The Silent King controlled minds. This bow inherited that reach, channeled through an archer’s discipline. [WB Ch.3]
Designation: Wandering Titan Echo
Classification: Weapon (Emergency Deployment) | Dreadgod-Class
Origin: Hundred echo bindings fueled by Subject One’s body [WB Ch.13]
Materials: Subject One’s body essence; echo binding framework
Binding: Hundred layered echo bindings; ghostly gray-white projection of the Wandering Titan with feet large enough to crush cities
Wielder:
A single-use weapon of civilization-scale destruction. The echo projection’s feet are large enough to crush cities. Fueled by Subject One’s body, the birthplace of the Dreadgods granted it power the source material alone could not account for. [WB Ch.13]
Designation: Crown of the Silent King
Classification: Armor (Headpiece/Amplifier) | Dreadgod-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Soulsmithed from Silent King’s corpse madra [WB Ch.24]
Materials: White halo; stretches to titanic proportions when activated
Binding: Amplification (Dross enhancement); dual-function amplifier and extra power pool
Wielder:
A white halo that serves as “the psychic equivalent of a big stick.” Amplifies Dross’s processing and provides an extra power pool. The Silent King once commanded millions of minds. Its crown now amplifies one. [WB Ch.24]
Designation: Wavedancer Reborn (Weeping Dragon Sword)
Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Dreadgod-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Original Wavedancer reforged with Weeping Dragon’s core binding [WB Ch.24]
Materials: Blade of gold and white like a thunderbolt’s surface; corona of blue sparks; core binding originally arm-length golden jewel (reduced from house-sized)
Binding: Weeping Dragon aspect; Striker/Forger capability; Forges four copies to each side (sword formation)
Wielder:
The Weeping Dragon’s core binding was a golden jewel originally the size of a house, compressed to arm-length for integration. The reforged blade shines gold and white like a thunderbolt’s surface, wreathed in blue sparks, and heralds its arrival with storm. Eight Forged copies extend the blade into a formation. [WB Ch.24]
Designation: Phoenix Blade
Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Dreadgod-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Netherclaw fused with Sword Sage’s blade and Bleeding Phoenix core binding; forged in Soulforge [WB Ch.33]
Materials: White wintersteel core; edge of bright bloody crimson streaming endless scarlet light; guard of swept-back phoenix wings
Binding: Phoenix aspect (extensive binding); blood and sword madra fusion
Wielder:
Three weapons became one: the black sword of a slaughter artist, the white blade of a Sage, and the core of a Dreadgod that bled across the world for centuries. The Creation Icon manifested during its forging, which is not a confidence indicator the Omnicodex can quantify. [WB Ch.33]
Designation: Shell of the Wandering Titan
Classification: Armor (Shield) | Dreadgod-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Wandering Titan corpse essence [WB Ch.34]
Materials: Black shield orbiting its wielder
Binding: Protective Enforcer (titan-aspect); solid as a mountain range
Wielder:
An orbiting shield that carries the Wandering Titan’s defining quality: immovability. Solid as a mountain range and about as yielding.
Designation: Cloak of the Bleeding Phoenix
Classification: Armor (Cloak) | Dreadgod-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Bleeding Phoenix corpse essence [WB Ch.34]
Materials: Liquid blood boiling from shoulders; ripples in nonexistent breeze
Binding: Defensive Enforcer (liquid state, regenerative); swallows attacks
Wielder:
Liquid blood that boils from the shoulders and swallows incoming attacks. The Bleeding Phoenix’s gift was regeneration, and its cloak inherits that quality: damage that would destroy solid armor simply passes through and reforms.
Designation: Scales of the Weeping Dragon
Classification: Armor (Mail) | Dreadgod-Class (Soulforged)
Origin: Weeping Dragon corpse essence [WB Ch.34]
Materials: Blue sapphire mail armor; full body protection (no helmet)
Binding: Protective Enforcer (dragon-aspect, electrical resonance)
Wielder:
Blue sapphire mail from a dragon that rained lightning. No helmet, allowing Dross’s visual connection to remain unobstructed.
The complete Dreadgod armor set represents one being wearing the corpses of four creatures that terrorized Cradle for millennia. Shell, Cloak, Scales, and Crown: earth, blood, storm, and mind. The records contain no precedent for this configuration. The records also note that the wearer created it all with Genesis, the hammer whose only will is to build. The irony of destruction’s greatest practitioner becoming its greatest craftsman is not lost on the simulation. [WB Ch.34]
Display Wing: Judge-Class Armaments
Tier 5. Weapons of the Abidan and the Vroshir. Objects that draw power from the Way itself and carry authority over reality. These instruments are not enhanced by soulfire or vital aura; they operate on principles the sacred arts cannot fully describe.
Designation: Suriel’s Razor Classification: Weapon (Blade) | Judge-Class Origin: Passed with the role of Sixth Judge (the Phoenix) [SS Ch.4] Materials: Stowed: meter-long bar of blue steel. Expanded: skeleton of blue metal with a web of light; “infinitely complex, incalculably powerful scalpel” Binding: Draws power from the Way; targets specific bloodlines for elimination (surgical precision); heals as readily as it destroys Wielder: Suriel (Sixth Judge) Status: Active (Abidan artifact) Confidence: 95%
Expands from a compact bar to an enormous multi-pronged blade configuration. Can eliminate specific bloodlines with surgical precision or heal with equal capability. In later records, it appears as a two-meter bar of blue sapphire steel capable of cutting projectiles at kilometers. The Razor belongs to the role, not the wielder; it has been passed down through every Suriel. [SS Ch.4, UL Prologue, BL Ch.18]
Designation: Shield of Gadrael Classification: Armor (Shield) | Judge-Class Origin: Passed with the role of Second Judge [SS Ch.4] Materials: Black circle on forearm; Abidan-grade construction Binding: Creates barriers and quarantine protocols; functions as both shield and containment device Wielder: Gadrael (Second Judge) Status: Active (Abidan artifact) Confidence: 90%
A black circle on the forearm of the hardest man to destroy in all the Iterations. Creates barriers and quarantine protocols, functioning as both personal defense and area containment. [SS Ch.4]
Designation: Experimental Scythes (12 Reproductions) Classification: Weapon (Scythe) | Judge-Class (Reproductions) Origin: Makiel’s reproductions of Ozriel’s Scythe; stored in Haven (Iteration 002) [UC Ch.1] Materials: Reproductions of the original; designed to approach the Scythe’s power Binding: Destruction aspect (attenuated) Wielder: Abidan (stolen by Iri the Angler) Status: Stolen; later fused into the Combined Scythe Confidence: 90%
Twelve attempts to reproduce the unreproducible. Stored in the most secure facility in all the Iterations and stolen anyway. Iri the Angler took them from Haven and proved that any weapon worth making is worth stealing. [UC Ch.1]
Designation: Combined Scythe (Iri’s Creation) Classification: Weapon (Scythe) | Judge-Class Origin: Iri fused the best aspects of all twelve stolen prototype scythes [UC Ch.17] Materials: Composite of twelve experimental scythes Binding: Destruction aspect; approaches the original Scythe in capability Wielder: The Mad King (traded by Iri for a Worldseed) Status: In the Mad King’s possession (at his planet-sized pyramid fortress, Tal’gullour) Confidence: 90%
The most powerful weapon in existence after the original Scythe. Iri fused twelve reproductions into a single weapon and traded it to the Mad King for a Worldseed, which is either the best or worst trade in recorded history depending on one’s perspective. [UC Ch.17]
Designation: Penance
Classification: Weapon (Arrow) | Judge-Class
Origin: Created by Ozriel, founder of House Arelius [UC Ch.20]
Materials: Silver-edged black arrowhead; heavier than expected; feels like death, finality, and the end
Binding: Absolute kill guarantee; no Remnant forms, no spiritual trace, instant death
Wielder:
Kills one being without error. Point and command, and the target simply ceases. No flash, no Remnant, no trace. “Penance for its target and act of penance by its creator.” Cannot be held on Cradle without disrupting the world’s balance. Only activates for the rightful champion, which the Abidan guarantee. [UC Ch.20]
Designation: Razael’s Sword Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Judge-Class Origin: Weapon of the Wolf (Razael), Judge of Execution [RP Ch.14] Materials: Judge-crafted; accompanied by white fire Mantle Binding: Judge-level execution authority Wielder: Razael (the Wolf) Status: Active (Abidan artifact) Confidence: 85%
The Wolf carries a flaming sword and a Mantle of white fire. The records document its deployment in combat against the Mad King’s incursions. Razael’s role is execution, and the sword is suited to its wielder. [RP Ch.14]
Designation: Mantle of Ozriel Classification: Armor (Cloak) | Judge-Class Origin: Ozriel’s personal armor and cloak [RP Ch.26] Materials: Boiling shadow streaming from the wearer Binding: Judge-level defensive authority Wielder: Ozriel (sealed in the Sanctum’s vault) Status: Sealed Confidence: 85%
Boiling shadow streaming from the Judge of Destruction. Sealed in the Sanctum’s vault alongside the rest of Ozriel’s personal effects when he departed. The records note that boiling shadow is a recurring motif in descriptions of Ozriel’s equipment, which is appropriate for someone who made himself the avatar of Destruction. [RP Ch.26]
Designation: Sword of Makiel Classification: Weapon (Sword) | Judge-Class Origin: Weapon of the First Judge (Makiel, the Hound) [BL Ch.18] Materials: Two-handed sword with purple energy veins Binding: Judge-level authority; Fate manipulation Wielder: Makiel (First Judge) Status: Active (Abidan artifact) Confidence: 85%
The Hound’s weapon. A two-handed sword with purple energy veins, deployed in defense of Iterations against the Vroshir. Makiel reads Fate; his sword enforces the readings he cannot correct through foresight alone. [BL Ch.18, WB Ch.21]
Designation: Abidan Titan Shield Classification: Armor (Shield) | Judge-Class (Single-Use) Origin: Titan order of the Abidan [WB Ch.4] Materials: Silver plate in platinum bracelet Binding: Absolute defense (finite, non-rechargeable by non-Abidan) Wielder: Reigan Shen (hidden trump card) Status: Finite use (consumed) Confidence: 85%
A non-rechargeable artifact of absolute defense. Reigan Shen kept it as a hidden trump card. The records note that an Abidan artifact in a Monarch’s pocket is either extremely valuable or extremely suspicious, and in Shen’s case, likely both. [WB Ch.4]
The Scythe of Ozriel
Tier 6: Transcendent. One weapon exists beyond classification. The Omnicodex dedicates this section to the instrument that reshaped the structure of reality.
Designation: The Scythe of Ozriel Classification: Weapon (Scythe) | Transcendent Origin: Forged by Ozmanthus Arelius in the depths of the Void from six legendary weapons, powered by a stolen Worldseed [RP Ch.9] Materials: “A slice of darkness itself forged into metal” Binding: Destruction aspect; sentient and aware; responds to authority Power Source: Stolen Worldseed Sentience: Confirmed (possesses awareness and responds to calls) Wielder: Ozriel (primary); Mad King (stolen); Makiel (briefly) Status: Hidden beneath Outpost 01; responds to Suriel’s call [WB Ch.5] Confidence: 95%
The weapon that made Ozmanthus into Ozriel. Forged from six legendary weapons in the Void, powered by a stolen Worldseed, it triggered the Way’s recognition and made its creator the avatar of Destruction: the eighth aspect of reality. No other weapon has added an aspect to reality by existing. The Scythe is sentient, aware, and responds to authority. It allowed Ozriel to fight as a Judge when no other method could.
The six components were each legendary in their own right. Together, they became something the records struggle to classify. I can confirm that it exists. I’m afraid the simulation cannot fully reconstruct its function.
The Six Components
Designation: Auctarius, the Blade that Sundered Heaven Classification: Component (Blade) | Vroshir Weapon Origin: Greatest weapon of the Vroshir [RP Ch.9] Status: Incorporated into the Scythe Confidence: 85%
Called the greatest Vroshir weapon, a title contested only by Sha’irik. Its history before incorporation is not preserved in the Hound Division records. [RP Ch.9]
Designation: Sha’irik, the Absolute Curse Classification: Component (Weapon) | Vroshir Weapon Origin: Greatest weapon of the Vroshir [RP Ch.9] Status: Incorporated into the Scythe Confidence: 85%
Also called the greatest Vroshir weapon. Available records do not clarify whether Auctarius or Sha’irik held the title first. [RP Ch.9]
Designation: Bane of the Titan Classification: Component (Weapon) | Vroshir Weapon Origin: Created specifically to kill the second-generation Gadrael [RP Ch.9] Status: Incorporated into the Scythe Confidence: 85%
A weapon designed with a single purpose: to kill the hardest being in the Iterations to destroy. Whether it succeeded before incorporation is not recorded. [RP Ch.9]
Designation: Penance (Improved) Classification: Component (Arrowhead) | Judge Weapon Origin: Ozriel’s original creation, rebuilt as an improved version [RP Ch.9] Status: Incorporated into the Scythe Confidence: 90%
The arrowhead of absolute death, rebuilt and improved. The tournament prizes that bear its name are copies of copies. This is the original concept, refined. [RP Ch.9]
Designation: Razor of Suriel (Prototype) Classification: Component (Blade) | Obsolete Judge Weapon Origin: Obsolete weapon from a previous generation of Judges [RP Ch.9] Status: Incorporated into the Scythe Confidence: 85%
An earlier version of the weapon Suriel carries today. Obsolete by the standards of the current Court, but powerful enough to serve as one-sixth of the most significant weapon ever created. [RP Ch.9]
Designation: Shears of Makiel Classification: Component (Shears) | Obsolete Judge Weapon Origin: From a previous Makiel; once snipped threads from Fate [RP Ch.9] Status: Incorporated into the Scythe Confidence: 85%
A weapon that once cut Fate itself, from a previous holder of the Hound’s position. The current Makiel reads Fate. The previous Makiel’s Shears cut what they read. The distinction between reading and editing defines the difference between Judge generations. [RP Ch.9]
After Ozriel’s departure, the Scythe was hidden beneath Outpost 01, Makiel’s own headquarters. It responded to Suriel’s call, which confirms both its sentience and its loyalties. The weapon that made its wielder into a force of nature continues to choose its associations with care. [WB Ch.5, WB Ch.21]
